How do I register for an event?

Always logon to the website with your username and password. If you forget to logon you will not be able to access registration and the calendar will simply read 'members only'.

Once you have logged on, all the events are posted on the calendar. The calendar automatically shows you the current month, however you can view any month by clicking on the drop down menu on the calendar.

Each event is listed on the calendar by location and colour(indicating what type of event it is) lesson, tee time, tournament etc. By clicking on the date a new window will pop up with a description of the event and a list of tee times. If you wish to register for an event, simply click 'book' in the tee time you wish to play in. You will see other names listed of players already registered. You will be playing with the other members listed in the tee time you choose to register for.

After you select 'book' follow the registration process. If you would like to bring a guest, register for them now.

When you have completed your registration, you will receive an email confirming your registration with cancellation policy info. If you do not receive an email your registration may not have been processed. To check what events you have registered for go to 'My Events' at any time.

How do I cancel an event?

Got to 'My Events' to cancel. Most events have a cancellation deadline of 5-7 days prior to the event. You cannot cancel online after the deadline.

I think I might have registered twice? What do I do?

At any time you can view all the events you are registered for by going to 'my events'. If you have registered twice you will see the event listed twice. Go ahead and cancel one of the events.

I am clicking on the event on the calendar but nothing is coming up.

Sometimes the window that pop's up when you click on the date on the calendar dissapears. The window is open on your computer but not on your screen. You should find the window on your task bar and can open it by clicking on the Explorer icon on your task bar.

How do I check my registrations against my credit card?

Go to 'My transactions' to view all the transactions you have made in the past year. Your transactions are listed by the booking date. Here you can check the balance on your account, view your transaction ID and see how each transaction was paid for. Some transactions will be paid by money in your account if an event was cancelled.

How do I register a guest if I am already registered for an event?

You will need to first cancel your original registration then reregister and be sure to register for your guests at this time. First check on the website that there is room for you and your guests. Then go to 'My events' to cancel your original registration. Next go back to the calendar and choose the appropriate tee time to register for. Be sure to add your guests at this time.

My email address is changed.

Please go to 'update my account' if you email address, phone number or address changes.

I keep getting an error during my registration process.
