Golf Fore Gals collects personal information from its members for the purpose of running a ‘members golf club’. Member's name, phone number, email address and city will be posted on the membership roster for all members to use to contact each other. Having your phone number on the roster is optional. This information is only available to Golf Fore Gals members in good standing and is not to be used for the purposes of solicitation for any reasons. Your contact information will not be sold or loaned to any third party.  Please report unsolicited emails to the Regional representative.

Golf Fore Gals will contact members on a regular basis via email to inform them about upcoming Golf Fore Gals events and communicate club information. Golf Fore Gals may need to contact you regarding last minute cancellations or event changes. From time to time members may receive an email or letter from sponsors approved by and sent through Golf Fore Gals.

Members should update their personal information on the website to ensure they receive all the information on an accurate and timely basis. The extent of personal information is limited to the information found on the ‘update member profile’ page on the website.

All Regional representatives are required to take precautions to protect the personal information of its members. This includes having up to date virus and hack protection software on the computer which stores the Region's membership database.

All Golf Fore Gals representatives are required to protect personal information to the best of their ability. Golf Fore Gals does not collect or store your credit card information. All credit card transactions are administered through PSiGate (Payment Services Interactive Gateway) a transaction processor that specializes in the transmission of Internet transaction processing. PSiGate protects the privacy of your credit information.

Where security is necessary Golf Fore Gals’ website is protected through encryption software.
