Cancellation Policy
Public Cancellations:
If you book for an event and you are not a member, you can cancel your event up to the cancellation deadline provided in your email confirmation. You must phone or email the region administrator your cancellation request.
Rain Cancellations: In the event of bad weather, please call the golf course to see if the event has been cancelled. If the event is cancelled you will be credited the cost of the event to your account. Most lessons, Clinics and Special Events will not be cancelled due to weather; specifics are explained in your email confirmation.
